Rules and Regulations

• Go Bananas is primarily an unsupervised facility. Parents/ Caregivers (min. age 18 yr) are responsible for supervising their own children. Go Bananas is not responsible for your children’s safety or any injuries that may result from unsafe play or inappropriate use of equipment. If you are having a birthday party we recommend a ratio of 1:8 for adult/child supervision. No more than 8 adults per party are allowed, as this takes away seats, space and comfort for our walk-in clients and other party guests.
• Admission is valid until the closing time, of the day, customer bought ticket on. Must obtain a stamp for in-and-out privileges.
• Go Bananas is a socks only (no shoes or bare feet) environment for both children and adults. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk if you do not have any.
• Please ensure that you and your children are free of illness.
• No rough play or fighting allowed.
• Please respect the equipment, the toys, and others.
• For safety reasons, Go Bananas staff reserves the right to refuse admittance to a child if the number of children exceeds the capacity of our facility.
• We suggest that you keep all valuables at home. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal items.
• All children and adults must go down the slide(s) feet first.
• No toys allowed on the climbing structure.
• No outside food or drinks allowed.
• Improper use of toys or equipment will result in the prompt removal of your child.
• No glitter, sparkles, or piñatas are permitted. Banners and any other decoration cannot be taped on our walls, it will damage our nice paintings.
• Food and drinks must remain at the party tables. Parents/Caregivers are responsible for removing all items from their designated party table at the end of the party time slot.
• Food and drinks must remain at the cafe tables, please clean up after you are done. The next family will certainly appreciate the thoughtfulness.
• Go Bananas is a peanut/nut AWARE facility. We kindly ask that you do not bring any foods containing nuts or nut by-products. Even though we are a peanut/nut aware facility, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE TO BE PEANUT/NUT FREE. 
• Accidents happen, please advise staff immediately of any spills or areas requiring to clean-up.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry at any time.
