* Outside food can not leave the party table area. If this happens
food will be removed by the staff.
* Pizza deliveries are allowed, we have Flying Wedge just opposite us (please check for Go Bananas specials).
* Go Bananas is a peanut/nut AWARE facility. We kindly ask that you do not bring any foods containing nuts or nut by-products. Even though we are a peanut/nut AWARE facility, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE TO BE PEANUT/NUT FREE.
* No alcoholic beverages, immediate dismissal of whole party.
* No confetti, glitter and piñatas, however balloons are no problem. Decoration can not be taped/stuck on the painted walls in any way.
* Party deposit is required within 3 days of making a reservation, after that we are obliged to allow other parties to book. Private party deposits are non-refundable!
Private Parties are not allowed after the 2 or 3 hour party time slot. It is the responsibility of the party organizer to make sure the party leaves on time. Additional fees ($50 per 30 min.) will be charged for parties that leave late. Two hour parties that overstay will automatically be charged the 3 hour rate due to staff and mall costs.
Please do not arrive more than 10 min. early for your party, as you may not be able to access the centre until your start time.
We require a pre-authorisation of your credit card before your party starts.
ALL CHILDREN MUST WEAR SOCKS, please inform your party guests!
